Prior to installa on please read carefully these instruc ons (especially the "Safety No ces").
•
Keep these instruc ons to consult them aVer installa on if necessary.
•
Unsuitable applica on or wrong installa on may result in a loss of system opera ng func ons and consequently in damages or/and in-
juries.
•
The actuator is designed for applica ons on top hinged windows and bo%om hinged windows.
•
The actuator is for internal use only.
•
Only original parts and fiSngs shall be used to install the actuator.
•
The working temperature of actuators are: -10°C +60°C with maximum rela ve humidity 60%.
NOTES ON THE ACTUATOR
•
Possibility of parallel connec on to operate more windows simultaneously.
•
End-stroke microswitches (the actuator is supplied with the chain completely retracted and stroke-end microswitch acVvated).
ATTENTION: to carry out the regulaVon of the closing of the window acVng exclusively on the sliding brackets, without need to connect
the actuator to the power supply (to see drawings).
•
Thermal protec on in case of overload.

SAFETY NOTICES

•
This actuator is only to be fiTed on windows that are out of reach of people.
•
Be very careful of moving parts during installaVon to avoid crushing.
•
BoTom hinged windows must be provided with side checks.
•
The actuator shall be installed by skilled engineers.
•
Prior to installa on make sure that:
•
the actuator performances comply with the es mated applica on
•
window profiles and fiSngs are suitable to the stresses caused by the actuator
•
window fiNngs (hinges) and absence of obstacles allow complete opening
•
the exis ng electric systems comply with the regula ons in force
•
power supply features are those indicated in the actuator specifica ons
•
Before connec ng the actuator to power supply make sure it has been turned off to avoid electrocu on.
•
An omnipolar switch shall be provided in the supply mains (according to CEI EN 60335-1).
•
In case the actuator is installed on a mobile wing, make sure the supply cable is not subject to stress when opera ng.
•
In case the window is accessible at a height of 2,5 m at least provide the system with an emergency switch off .
•
When assembling and disassembling the actuator, take proper precau ons to avoid accidental closing of the window which might cause
injuries to people (impact-squashing-cuSng-shearing).
•
Do not install two actuators on the same window.
•
When opera ng the actuator follow the following instruc ons:
•
prevent liquids from entering the actuator
•
do not approach moving parts un l they have come to a complete stop
•
at least once a year check at sight for damages or wear in the supply cable
•
do not carry out any intervenVon on the actuator, do not remove or disassemble parts of the actuator; in case of malfuncVon or
damaged cable contact "UCS Ultraflex Control Systems srl"
GUARANTEE
Ultraflex Control Systems S.r.l. products are guaranteed, for a period of two years from the manufacture date, against defects in material and
workmanship.
Alleged defec ve products returned, freight prepaid, within the above said term, will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at our op on, if
found effec vely below our quality standards.
This guarantee does not cover other claims for direct or indirect
damages.
In par cular, we decline liability and exclude guarantee (except for what stated above) if improper installa on or misuse should result in a failu-
re of our products.

•
Possibilité de branchement en parallèle pour l'ac onnement simultané de plusieurs châssis.
•
Fin de course par microinterrupteurs (le vérin est fourni avec la chaîne complètement rentrée et le micro. de fin de course acVonné).
ATTENTION : pour effectuer le règlement de la fermeture de la fenêtre agissant exclusivement sur les ètriers glissantes, sans besoin de
relier le déclencheur à l'alimentaVon d'énergie (pour voir des schémas).
•
Protec on thermique en cas de surcharge.
