Assembly and operation:
1) Remove the packaging.
2) Check that the product is intact and that all the components are present.
3) Clean all components as indicated in the specific "Cleaning" section.
4) Assemble the 4 plastic feet on the base of the product.
5) Insert the metal pipe through the two holes at the ends of the tray and the base.
6) Insert the 2 silicone protections on the two ends of the pipe.
7) Fix the metal tray with the screw placed on the front part near the heating element housing.
8) Fill the tank with water, taking care not to exceed the horizontal metal pipe.
Place the heating element in the appropriate housing.
ATTENTION: The product is equipped with a safety system that will not allow the ignition if the heating
element is not correctly positioned. FIG.B
ATTENTION: THE HEATING ELEMENT MUST NEVER TOUCH THE WATER AND THE METAL TRAY.
9) Place the grill at the desired height.
10) Insert the plug into the socket.
11) Set the heating element control knob to the "Max." Position. The indicator light comes on and the heating
element is permanently lit.
When switched on for the first time, the grill may emit an unpleasant odor and a small amount of smoke. We
therefore recommend heating the barbecue for about 5 minutes without food.
After about 5-10 minutes, the heating element should reach the right temperature for grilling.
12) The grill can also be used to keep food warm: turn the temperature control knob to a lower position, the
heating element will turn on and off alternately, and then the food can be kept warm.
13) The water initially placed in the appropriate container will evaporate during use. So be careful not to let the
water run out, but top up continuously. Be careful not to pour water on the heating element.
14) At the end of the grilling, turn the thermostat to position "0" and disconnect the product from the socket.
THE PRODUCT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ANTI-TILT SAFETY SYSTEM THAT WILL TURN OFF THE RESI-
STANCE IN CASE OF FALL OF THE BARBECUE.
