When using any electrical products, especially if children are present, certain
basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
DANGER To avoid the risk of electric shocks:
• Do not use this device in the bath or in the shower.
• Do not handle the USB charger with wet hands.
• Do not place the USB charger or drop into water or any other liquid.
• Check the condition of the USB charger power cord before first use, then
regularly during the device life.
WARNING To prevent against the risk of fire, burn, or injury to persons:
• Do not connect this device to a voltage system other than the one specified
on the device.
• Do not use this device if you notice that a cord or a plug is damaged.
• Do not direct the water under the tongue, inside the ear, nostrils or other
delicate areas. This device is capable of producing pressure that could
cause serious injury in these areas.
• Use the device as indicated in the instructions for use or follow the
recommendations of your dentist, periodontist or pharmacist.
• Use only tips and accessories recommended by NEOPULSE®.
• Do not drop the device
• Do not insert objects into the device holes.
• Keep the USB charger away from heated surfaces.
• Do not use outdoors or operate the device, where aerosol products are
being used or where oxygen is being administered.
• Do not use concentrated insoluble essential oil in this device. The use of
these products will degrade product performance and longevity. The use of
these products may cancel the warranty.
• Remove any oral jewelry items before use.
• Do not use the device if you have an open wound on the tongue, in the
mouth or in the nose.
• If your doctor has advised you to take antibiotics before dental care, consult
your dentist, periodontist or pharmacist before using this device or any
other oral hygiene aid.
• Give specific instructions to children (from 8 years) and people with special
needs for proper use of this device and supervise them.
• This device does not contain any userreplaceable components, and does
not require maintenance.
• Fill the tank only with lukewarm water or another solution recommended
by a healthcare professional. Be careful that it does not contain dyes that
could damage the system.
• If the product is opened or taken apart for any reason, the warranty will be
invalidated.
