Before first use
Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the device. This
device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet.
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the lids, trays and trays holders as indicated in the "cleaning
and maintenance" paragraph.
When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will occur. This is normal, ensure an adequate
ventilation. The odour is only temporary and will disappear soon.
We suggest to place a heat resistant coating between your table and the appliance (this way you don't get burn
marks on your table or table cloth).
Use
Place the metal trays holder base on the heating plate then place the trays.
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise until you reach the desired position. The red light turns on, when the desired
temperature is reached the light turns off. During use the light turns on and off, this is normal. The food can be
kept warm up to 6 hours, after this time the food can become dry and lose its original taste.
The product can also be used without the metal trays holder, simply by placing heat-resistant containers on the
heating plate.
The heating plate is very hot.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before carrying out any cleaning and/or maintenance operation, unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
Use a slightly damp soft cloth to clean all surfaces.
Never use abrasive products.
Do not allow water or other liquids to enter inside the appliance.
The trays and lids are suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
