OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

3 OZ. GREASE GUN LOADING
1. Pull plunger back & lock in place.
This helps seal the unit to prevent
leakage and contamination.
2. Remove grease gun head, remove
plastic cap from cartridge, and
insert face down into gun.
3. With cartridge inserted, removed
pull tab / flip top from exposed
end of cartridge, and replace the
grease gun head.
4. Release the plunger lock, and
pump lever handle several times
to prime grease gun.
**Air bleeder valves help remove air
pockets from inside of cartridge, and
assist in priming the gun easier.
SUCTION FILLING
1. Remove grease gun head, and
submerge the open end into the
bucket of grease.
2. Hold the gun firmly and securely,
and slowly draw the plunger back
to fill the gun.
3. Watch for the groove in the
plunger rod to indicate the gun
is full, and then lock the plunger
rod in place.
4. Replace the grease gun head
back onto the gun and release
the plunger lock.
**Always keep the open end of the
barrel submerged while drawing on
the plunger to ensure no air gets
sucked into the gun.
