ALWAYS BE WIRED STARTING WITH PAIR 1.
Description
The PMT Series are unprotected pole mounted
terminal units with air dammed input stubs. Customer
drop connections are made using Tii's ADX Modules
that provide dual ports for each line for ease of wiring.
Both ports utilize tool-less IDC rockers.

The upper ports accept AWG 22-24 wire, and are
terminated using a finger actuated rocker paddle.
2.
The lower ports terminate AWG 18.5-24 wire and
are terminated by a drive bolt.
3.
The ADX modules are equipped with integral
sealed test points for ease of troubleshooting.
Installation
1. Mount the installation bracket to the pole using ¼-
20 screws or lag bolts according to your company's
standard practice. (Figure 1).

2. Loosen four side nuts and hang the terminal on
installation bracket. Tighten side nuts to secure it
to the bracket (Figure 2).
Wire Termination
Upper Rocker (22/24 AWG solid copper wires only):
1. Cut the appropriate length of 22/24 AWG wire.
2. Do not strip wire insulation. Make certain wire ends
are cut flush with insulation.
3. Lift rocker to full upright position, insert wires,
confirm wires are fully inserted (Figure 3).
4.
Lower rocker to full down position to terminate.
