Repair Kit #RP035304 Pressure valve / Válvula superior
Unscrew the valve seat (32) from the valve body (27)
and remove the washer (31 ), the oil plunger (30), the
ball (29) and the spring (28).
Clean these parts carefully. Replace any damaged
parts.
Assemble the pump following the previous
instructions, reversing each step. Use sealer on the
valve seat (32) threads.

Attach the suction tube assembly to a vice and un-
screw the foot valve body (37) from the suction tube.
Remove the pin (36) and clean the ball (34), the spring
(33) and the ball seat, replace if damaged. Assemble
the pump following the previous instructions, reversing
each step.

Desenroscar el asiento valvula (32) del cuerpo
válvula (27) y quitar Ia arandela (31 ), el collarín
(30), Ia bola (29) y el muelle (28).
Limpiar estas piezas cuidadosamente. En caso de
deterioro, sustituir los elementos afectados.
Volver a montar en arden contrario. Roscar el
asiento válvula (32) usando sellador.
Fijar el conjunto tubo de succión en Ia mordaza y
desenroscar el cuerpo valvula de pie (37) del tubo
de succión.
Quitar el pasador (36) y limpiar Ia bola (34), el
muelle (33) y asiento bola, en caso de deterioro
sustituirlos. Volver a montar en arden contrario
Serrer le tube d'aspiration dans un étau et dévisser
le corps du clapet de pied (37) du tube d'aspiration.
Déposer Ia goupille (36) et nettoyer Ia bille (34), le
ressort (33) et le siège de bille ; les changer s'ils
sont endommagés. Remonter Ia pompe en inversant
les étapes des instructions précédentes.
