2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Cut the citrus fruit in half and push one of the halves lightly down on to the squeezer with the cut section
facing downwards.
4. The drive shaft will start rotating automatically once pressure is applied to the squeezer by the pressure
lever. The appliance switches off when pressure on the squeezer is lifted. (Fig. 2)
5. When processing larger quantities of fruit, the filter must be emptied from time to time.
6. To collect the juice, place a suitable container under the spout. Push the spout downwards. The extracted
juice passes now straight into the container. Once the desired amount of juice has been collected, push the
spout upwards again.
7. Ensure the plug is removed from the wall socket after use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the appliance, remove the plug from the wall socket.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the motor base or power cord with water, and DO NOT
IMMERSE UNIT IN WATER.
Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning solutions or hard brushes for cleaning.
The surface of the motor base may be wiped with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Disassemble the appliance to clean the attachments. Firstly, rotate the cap in a clockwise direction to
remove it from the pressure lever. Secondly, Lift the squeezer from the drive shaft and then pull the filter
upwards from the juice container. Lastly, remove the juice container from the motor base. The attachments
should be thoroughly cleaned in warm, soapy water. Rinse well and wipe them dry. Only squeezer and filter
are dishwasher proof.
RECYCLING
This product bears the selective sorting symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE).
This means that this product must be handled pursuant to European Directive 2012/19/EU in
order to be recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment.

Electronic products not included in the selective sorting process are potentially dangerous for the environment
and human heath due to the presence of hazardous substances.
