Use long-stem match (fireplace match).
See "Match-Lighting" section of Lighting Your Griddle.
Check for gas in LP cylinder.
Turn front of griddle to face wind or increase flame height by
turning gas valve to a higher postion.
Replace LP cylinder.
Clean burners and griddle cooking surface.
Trim fat from meat before ooking.
Adjust (lower) temperature accordingly.
Turn knobs to OFF. Let fire burn out. After griddle cools, re-
move and clean all parts.
Turn knobs to OFF. Clean burner and/or burner tubes. See
burner cleaning Care and Maintenance Section of this guide
