NOTE: Different LabelWriter printer models may
have different power requirements.
Make sure to only use the power adapter that
was included with label printer.
TO CONNECT PRINTER
1.
Plug power cord
into power adapter
and plug power
adapter into power
connector on back
of the printer.
(See Figure 1)
TO LOAD A LABEL ROLL
1.
With printer turned on, press label reverse feed
button to eject labels that protected printer during
shipment.
2. Open the top cover and remove any packing
material inside the label compartment.
3. Remove the label spool from inside the cover and
separate the spool guide from the spindle.
4. Hold spool spindle in
left hand and place
label roll on spindle so
that labels feed from
underneath and the
left edge of the label
roll is firmly against
side of spool.
(See Figure 2)
5. Slide spool guide onto right side of spool and press
guide tightly against side of label roll, leaving no
gap between roll and spool. (See Figure 2)

2. Plug other end of power cord into power outlet.
3. Press
on side of printer to turn on power.
The power status light will flash for a few seconds and
wireless status light will blink.
NOTE: The label roll must fit snugly against both
sides of label spool with no gaps.
6. Insert the label spool into the slot in the printer cover
with the labels extending from underneath the roll.
7. Align left edge of
label with left edge
of label exit slot and
insert label into slot.
(See Figure 3)
NOTE: The printer
automatically
advances labels,
stopping at the
beginning of the
first label.
If printer does not feed
labels, make sure the first
label is fully inserted and then press the label forward
feed button
on the side of the printer.
8. Carefully lower the top cover.
