TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have trouble while using the unit, please check the
following points first.
ERROR DISPLAY POSSIBLE CAUSE
No battery installation
Nothing is displayed when Battery worn out
you push the POWER button
The polarities of batteries
placed wrongly
Check your cuff if any air
leakage
Upper arm cuff not properly
adjust or placement, hand or
Shows abnormal results -
body shaking.
LCD shows "EE"
Cuff too tight
Cuff too loose
Battery icon on Battery low power
The hand with the cuff was
held lower than your heart
The systolic pressure
The cuff was not attached
value or diastolic
properly
pressure value too high
You moved your body or
spoke during measurement
The hand with the cuff was
The systolic pressure
held higher than your heart
value or diastolic
pressure value too low You moved your body or
spoke during measurement.
Note: Relax for at least 10 minutes and then take another
measurement.

HOW TO CORRECT
Insert batteries
Replace new batteries
Insert battery in the correct
polarities
Replace upper arm cuff with
new one
Renew adjust upper arm
cuff position and tightness,
and keep hand still.
Re-measurement or send
back dealer for re-calibrate
pressure
Readjust cuff and measure
again
Replace battery, and
measure again
Keeping correct position and
gesture to measure again
