Enlever toutes les pièces du carton, les organiser selon les numéros Step 1: Put all parts on a soft surface to prevent scratches then follow below illustrations step by step to
complete all assembly. Attach left leg (2) and right leg (3) to stretcher (4) by using pan bolt (A) as shown.

ÉTAPE 1 Fixer les pattes de gauche (2) et les pattes de droite (3) aux barres (4) au moyen de deux vis à tête cylindrique (5) pour chaque barre (4). STEP 2 : Assemble both stretchers (4) together by using connector piece (C) and pan bolt (A) as shown.
NE PAS SERRER ENTIÈREMENT LES VIS.
STEP 3: Attach legs to wood top (1) by using taper bolt (B) as shown. Tighten the bolts of STEP 3 first,
ÉTAPE 2 Fixer les barres (4) ensemble au moyen du connecteur (7) et de quatre vis à tête cylindrique (5). NE PAS SERRER
followed by the bolts of STEP 2 and, finally, STEP 1. Turn the table over, into the upright position, and
assembly is complete.
ENTIÈREMENT LES VIS.
ÉTAPE 3 Fixer l'ensemble des pattes contre le plateau (1) au moyen de huit vis à extrémité conique (6). TOURNER EN POSITION
VERTICALE ET APPLIQUER UNE PRESSION FERME POUR ALIGNER PUIS SERRER ENTIÈREMENT TOUTES LES
VIS AU MOYEN DE LA CLÉ ALLEN (8).
ATTENTION: S'ASSURER QUE TOUS LES BOULONS SONT SERRÉS AVANT L'AIDE DU TABLEAU.

OSP Designs Warrants, to the original purchaser its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Defects
and damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of OSP
Designs is not covered. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential
damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This product is intended for use by people weighing
250lbs or less. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To make a warranty claim, contact Customer Service, provide model number, sales receipt and description of the problem. It is the customer's
responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. OSP Designs will pay return freight on components covered under
terms of warranty.
Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when hardware is missing.

securely tightened.
2. Check that all screws and bolts are tight every three months or
as needed.
3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover
as head covering. It may cause suffocation.
4. Do not use this product as a stepladder.
5. Use this product for its intended purpose only.
