Fitting kit
- 2 chromed rods Ø10
- 2 drilled screws M8 L: 15mm
- 4 drilled cylinders L: 30mm
- 8 wide rubber washers Ø6
On windshield
- Insert the screw into the chromed washer, then in the rubber washer, in the windshield and into the other chromed
washer. Screw the 4 drilled cylinders.
Assembly
- Remove mirrors. Thanks to them and by using a wide washer Ø8 and a steel washer Ø10x20, fix the brackets
(long side horizontal) as indicated on the draw and the photo.
- Place the rings, washers and blind nuts M8 on the brackets.
- Fit the adjustable fitting bracket.
- Place the windshield on the 2 bent fitting rods.
- Tighten the screws once the windshield fitted with the headlight.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* In order to increase longevity of your chromed fixings, it is advised to polish them off with an anticorrosion product as WD40 ® after each washing or exposition at humid atmosphere (rain ...).
* Screens damaged by an inadequat washing are not guaranteed (abrasive, corrosive ... products, solvent, thinner, benzine ...). Wash immediately brake or battery fluid which may flow on accessories.
