The "diabolo" is trapped in the well by the deployment of the metal balls contained in it.
The Vortex VX2400-Escape is thus capable of resisting a break-in (pressure/tension) grea-
ter than 15,000N (1,500kgf), comparable to "grade 6++"!
The Vortex VX 2400-Escape operates on 24 VDC. A built-in reed sensor provides the on-
board micro-intelligence with the position and status of the door lock.
An 8-segment MegaLed and a buzzer locally warn of the status of the system.

To avoid any irreversible damage to the unit, check that the connections
are correctly made before connecting the power supply to the Vortex®.

Le câblage doit être réalisé suivant la norme NFS 61932 qui précise les types de câblage à utiliser (1 mm2 min. pour des câbles souples ou 1,5 mm2 min.
4.3. Swivel pin "diabolo" assembly:
pour des câbles rigides, catégorie C2).
Les contacts et reports d'information ne font pas partie de l'installation à la norme NF S 61937
Dans ce cas, les pontages suivants doivent être réalisés: BGGB (Bleu clair) et GND (-) (Noir), ainsi que RAZ (Violet) et GND (-) (Noir)
Si les connexions électriques ne peuvent être réalisées dans le profil de la porte, celles-ci doivent se faire dans un boîtier séparé IK07 (Type Legrand 920
21 ou OBO Bettermann firebox 32 7205530, ou équivalent) muni de dispositif d´arrêt de traction permettant d´éviter toute traction sur les
conducteurs (Ex.presse-étoupe selon DIN EN 50262, indice de protection IP68 à 5 bars/1 h. Pour la sécurité de fonctionnement électrique selon DIN
4102 partie 12.)

NOTE: Make sure to have the rubber washer mount for absorbing
shock and obtaining the required strenght.
Correct locking of the magnetic block and its counterplate is only ensured if
the latter is fitted SOFTLY using the supplied rubber washer. A central screw
too tight and / or insufficient electrical voltage are the two causes leading to
a lack of power of magnetic block.
