Open this setup guide and follow the instructions to set up your c320.
Complete all of the setup steps:
Step 1: Configure your c320
Step 2: Install software and map data
Step 3: Load maps
Do not connect the USB cable to your PC until you are instructed to do so.
Step 1: Configure Your c320

Press and hold the Power
button to turn on the unit.
Note: A "Low Battery"
warning may appear when
you turn on the unit. Charge
the unit for three hours.

Answer the configuration questions that appear. When you see the
screen that states "To use this unit, map data must be installed," you
are ready to install software and map data.
