- Page 6 ATTACHING THE CLUTCH CONTROL REVERSE CABLE (Model 390 Only) CABLES The reverse clutch cable is the cable which is attached closer to the front of the tiller. Attach the end of the FORWARD CABLE reverse cable to the reverse tine engagement handle Attach the end of the forward cable to the bracket above the handle assembly, in the same manner as underneath the handle assembly as follows.
