4. Connect the grounded wire to the grounding screw.
5. Place wires in heater and replace the clamp
6. Push the cable into the wall as the baseboard is positioned against the wall.
7. Once the baseboard is in position, attach the screws through pre-drilled
holes and leaving it snug with only a small space in order to insure quiet
operation.
