The identification and serial numbers are located on the bottom of the powerbank.
Possible Cause
∙ Powerbank and power source
are not properly connected
∙ Input and output of the power-
bank were switched

∙ Disconnect the devices and reconnect
the powerbank to the power source.
∙ Make sure that the powerbank is con-
nected to the power source using one of
the USB-C or Micro-USB inputs
