6. Secure each support
frame to the wooden
hood support frame
using (4) 6 x 70 mm
lag bolts and washers.
(NOT INCLUDED).
7. Adjust height to
ensure a tight fit
between the hood
and finished ceiling.
8. At the blower
discharge collar,
connect ductwork
that exhausts air to
the outside
discharge.
Remove the BLACK (Figure 3)tape that holds the damper
blades closed. (It is NOT recommended to use two (2)
dampers during installation. You have the option to use an
external damper or use the existing damper
already on our unit.)
9. Duct tape all joints to ensure an air tight seal.
10. Remove junction box cover. (Be sure to
comply with all local electrical and safety
codes.) Units are to be hard wired. It is not
recommended to add a

11. Hook up electrical wires and secure inside junction box.
Replace junction box cover. Replace filters and close doors.
12. Unit is activated by hand-held remote control. (Figure 4)
