Getting started with TellStick Duo
1. Installing the software
• Open your web browser
• Visit www.telldus.com
• Click the link to the TellStick Duo installation program that
matches your operating system.
• Let the program download. If your operating system asks
you to verify that the program is allowed to run, please
permit it.
• Then follow the instructions in the installation program.
2. Installing the hardware
• Connect your TellStick Duo to an USB port on your compute r
• This installation may look different, depending on the operat-
ing system you have in your computer. If your system asks
you how the installation should be done, choose automatic
installation.
NOTE! During the installation process, a message may appear
saying that the TellStick Duo driver routine is not signed by your
operating system. The driver routine comes from FTDI Ltd. and is
completely safe. This means that you can continue installing.
