2) PART LIST Each gearbox contains the following items. Some items may differ based on the size of the engine used, size of the crankshaft, or engine manufacturer. BOTTOM HOUSING FRONT HOUSING BOTTOM GASKET CRANKSPACER DRIVE GEAR BOLT AND WASHER(S) OUTPUT GEAR HARDENED WASHER HOUSING GASKET... - Page 3 3) INSTALLATION 1. Place bottom gasket against engine face and attach bottom housing using (4) bolts and lock washers. Tighten bolts to 120 inch-lbs minimum. 2. Position crankspacer and drive gear onto engine crankshaft. Tighten with crankshaft bolt and hardened washer. Torque to 15-18 ft-lbs. - Page 5 5. Install top housing. Then secure with (6) bolts and lock washers. Tighten to 120 in-lbs minimum. Adding Oil Before Use: 9. Standard 4-stroke motor oil is recommended for this gearbox. Remove both the breather plug and the drain plug. Add oil to the oil fill hole until it starts to flow out the oil level hole.

2) LISTE DES PIÈCES Chaque boîte contient les éléments suivants. Certains éléments peuvent varier en fonction de la taille du moteur utilisé, la taille du vilebrequin, ou le fabricant du moteur. LOGEMENT INFÉRIEUR LOGEMENT AVANT JOINT INFÉRIEUR ENTRETOISE ENGRENAGE BOULON ET ENGRENAGE DE DE BIELLE D’ENTRAÎNEMENT... - Page 9 3) INSTALLATION 1. Placer le joint inférieur contre la face du moteur et fixer le carter inférieur à l'aide de (4) boulons et rondelles de blocage. Serrer les boulons à 120 livres- pouces minimum. 2. Positionner l'entretoise et l'engrenage d’entraînement sur le vilebrequin du moteur.

5. Monter le carter supérieur. Puis fixer avec (6) boulons et rondelles de blocage. Serrer les boulons à 120 lb-po minimum. Ajout d'huile avant utilisation : 9. Une huile standard moteur 4-temps est recommandée pour cette boîte de vitesses. Retirer à la fois le bouchon de mise à l’air libre et le bouchon de vidange.
