6.2 Cooling drinks
MyFridge MF-1W can either be operated with the rechargeable battery,
connected to a 12 V plug socket or to a 100-240 V mains plug socket.
For operation with rechargeable batteries, the rechargeable battery pack
must be inserted and fully charged. For mains operation, the connection
cable must be connected to the mains socket.
Switching on the device
➤ Switch the function switch (2 2, page 3) to "ON".
➤ Press the "POWER" button (2 6, page 3) to switch on MyFridge MF-1W.
✓ The display switches on and shows the current cooling temperature in C°.
➤ To cool a bottle, place it standing vertically into the device. The bottle
should be closed whenever this is possible.
Setting the temperature
You can set the temperature within a range from +5 °C to +20 °C.
The cooling capacity is influenced by the ambient temperature.
➤ Press the "TEMP –" (2 5, page 3) button to decrease the desired
cooling temperature by 1 °C, or press the "TEMP +" (2 7, page 3)
button to increase the desired cooling temperature by 1 °C.
✓ The cooling temperature in °C that you just set flashes in the display for
few seconds. Then the current cooling temperature is displayed again.
Switching off the device
➤ To end the cooling process, press the "POWER" button (2 6, page 3).
✓ The display switches off, and the bottle ceases to be cooled.
6.3 Inserting/replacing the rechargeable battery pack
MyFridge MF-1W is powered by a battery pack which can be pushed into the
device and charged there.
Observe the following instructions when handling the recharge-
able battery/battery pack:
Never open the rechargeable battery.
If the rechargeable battery is visibly damaged, replace it with an
original rechargeable battery/battery pack from WAECO (AP-01).
