Proper use

❐ Only use and store the unit out of the reach of children. The mains cord may also not
be accessible for children. They could pull the unit down with it.
❐ Only use the device once it has been properly assembled and does not exhibit any
visible damages.
❐ If the device is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In the event of damage,
contact the customer service department.
❐ Do not use any additional accessories. Only use the enclosed accessories from the
manufacturer.
❐ During use, keep your hair, hands and other body parts away from the device!
❐ Only use the device in enclosed areas.
❐ To prevent electrical shock, make sure that the motor unit, the mains cord or the plug
do not fall in and do not come into contact with water or other liquids respectively.
❐ Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong percussions.
❐ Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe changes in temperature,
direct sunlight or moisture.
❐ Maintain adequate distance to heat sources such as stovetops or ovens in order to
prevent damages to the device.
❐ Never use the device on a stovetop or if a gas source is nearby.
❐ Fruits may only be chopped if the pit / seeds have been removed!
❐ Afterwards let the unit to cool off somewhat before you continue to use it.
❐ For hard foods such as raw vegetables or very large quantities of foods, do not
operate the device continuously for more than 1 minute. Then, let the device cool off
for 4 minutes before using it again.
❐ Remove the mains plug from the socket,
– if you are not using the device,
– if a fault occurs during operation,
– before a storm,
– before you disassemble the device,
– before you clean the device.
❐ If you wish to remove the mains plug from the socket, never pull on the cable, but
always on the plug.
❐ Never touch the device, the cord or the plug with wet hands.
❐ Allow the device to cool off completely before you clean it.
❐ The device is not suitable for the dishwasher!
