Installation instructions

Before beginning with installation, be sure to observe our recommendations
and safety instructions. Some parts are preassembled.
Remove all parts from the carton and assemble the kicker on a soft and
clean surface – if necessary, place the transport carton underneath to avoid
damaging/scratching the parts. You can shorten up the assembling time by
using a second person
Step 1
Put the long side boards (1) with top side on the floor and place the playing
field (3) as figure shows into appropriate position of long side board (2). Note
that the playing ground (3) must placed into the right direction
Step 2
Place the short side boards (2) to the long side boards (1) and screw them
tightly by using screws (11),
barrel nuts (6) and washers (8). Put one washer (8), one spring washer (9)
and one nut (10) on one end of each support rods (7). Lay the field support
braces (5) onto bottom side of playing field (3) and put the support rods
(7) though the holes of long side boards (1). Screw the playing field (3) and
field support braces (5) tightly by using support rods (7), washer (8), spring
washer (9) and nut (10). (Attention: Don't screw them too tighten, so that
the playing field (3) will be bended.)
Step 3
Slide the grip rods (17+18+19) through the bearing holes on one side of
long side board till the middle of playing field. (Attention: The handgrip will
push on the end with hole of grip rod.) Put on each rod a bumper (23) and a
washer (24) and the appropriate players (20+26) and bushings (25). Finally
put on each rod a washer (19) and bumper (18). (Please pay attention of the
right qty, direction and colour of players.) Now, slide the grip rods through
the other holes of long side board. Fix the players (20+26) and bushings
(25) with screws (12) and nuts (13) tightly.
