IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric
shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can
be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
WARNING-to reduce the risk of FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS
1. Do not look directly at lighted bulb.
2. The NATIONAL electrical code does not permit cords to be concealed where damage to insulation may go
unnoticed. To prevent fire danger, do not run cord behind walls, ceilings or soffits, where it may be
inaccessible for examination. Cord should be visually examined periodically and immediately replaced
when any damage is noted.
3. This lamp is using an LED type bulb, which is rated for 50,000 hrs of use. No re-lamping is necessary under
normal circumstances.
