    Installation and Maintenance Remove battery compartment cover and install a 9V battery. We recommend using an alkaline battery for longest dependable life. The battery will maintain the correct time in the event of power failure or accidental line cord disconnection, even though the display is darkened.

    Sleep to Radio The sleep timer will shut the radio off automatically so you can fall asleep to the radio. Maximum sleep time is 59 minutes. Press the 3 Sleep Button. Select the station and adjust the volume to the desired level. Remember that the station and volume selected will also be heard in the morning if you select wake to radio (see Alarm Operation)..
