Once the SIM card inserted, it should not spring out of its slot.
The mobile phone supports double SIM cards and can operate on the 2G (GSM) and 3G
(WCDMA) networks. However, only one card can use the 3G (lower slot in the settings, by

INSTALLING THE MEMORY CARD

For an additional storage for your photos, videos, music and files, you can buy a memory card
and install it in your device.
1. Spot the memory card spot on the upper part of the left panel.
2. Open the location of the memory card by following the OPEN direction
3. Insert the memory card in the slot with its gold contacts facing down until it clicks.
4. Close the socket until it snaps into the direction LOCK
