P lace the pot/ pan in the middle of the induc-
tion hotplate.

ATTENTION! High heating-up rate! Do not
overheat cookware when preheating.

T he room must be aired out well, in the event
cookware overheat.
Usage

B efore first use, remove any stickers or labels
from the article and rinse it in hot water.

N ever heat the pot if it is empty.

F ill the pot with water to a level slightly below the
steamer insert. Season the water as required.

P lace the food to be cooked (vegetables, fish etc...)
into the steamer insert.
j
P lace the steamer insert with the food to be cooked
on to the pot.
j
P lace the lid on to the steamer insert and bring
the water in the pot to the boil.
j
F rom time to time, check using a fork to see whether
the food is fully cooked.
CAUTION! RISK OF SCALDING! Steam is
very hot. Wear long barbecue gloves of a type
that cover your lower arm when you lift the lid.

A fter steaming your food, you can use the liquid
remaining in the pot as the base for sauces as the
liquid contains many of the aromas and nutrients
from the food.

rise to stains or discolorations on the product.
You can get rid of them by rubbing half a lemon

over them. More stubborn stains can be removed
with a mixture of nine parts water to one part
vinegar essence.
