Fitting kit
- 4 brackets including one with an insert
- 3 6×10 screws
- 1 5x10 screw
- 1 Ø5 rubber washer
- 3 Ø6 rubber washers
- 3 Ø6 steel washers
- 3 Ø6 nuts
Assembly
- To fit the two front brackets, use the lowest of the three screws which join the engine mount to the
frame.
- To fit the left rear bracket, use the lower screw to the left of the chain guard (front sprocket).
- To fit the right rear bracket, fix it to the engine support bracket.
* When fitting, take care to position the belly pan well clear of the exhaust pipes and
sufficiently high to keep it clear of the ground. Adjust the play in the brackets to achieve
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
