Fitting kit
- 2 brackets with threaded inserts
- 2 plastic washers Ø5
- 1 rubber insert M4
- 1 plastic washer Ø6
Assembly
- Remove the original chain guard.
- Place the fitting bracket on the rear side of the swinging arm (picture 1).
- Remove the long rubber strip (that is fitted on the swinging arm and used to protect it from the chain), and then
cut the dowel located on the strip.
- Fit the insert M4 into the swinging arm hole.
- Fit the second fitting bracket with the screw Ø4 (picture 2).
- Place the chain guard and fit it thanks to the provided screws and washers Ø5 on the brackets, and the screw and
washer Ø6 on the original fitting hole on the scooter.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
