Fitting kit
- 1 Ø6 complete insert.
- 1 rubber ring (to avoid piercing the swinging arm).
Assembly
- On the left hand side, take off the original chain guard.
- On the right hand side, remove the brake hose fitting bracket.
- Position the rear fender on the swinging arm, put the screws on left side and the one on
right side then gradually tighten.
- Mark on the swinging arm the place of the insert for the fitting of the front right of the rear
fender.
- Remove the rear fender, drill the swinging arm and fix the insert using a specific tool
("Facom or Würth").
- Reposition the rear fender.
- Don't forget to harden the rear shock absorber when you ride with a passenger or on a
bumpy road, to avoid damaging the hugger.
* Ermax rear hugger and undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover,
according to the technical data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers
which we made with original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
