Fitting kit
- 2 fixing brackets
- 2 Ø 35 collars
- 4 6×20 screws
- 4 M6 nuts
- 4 6×13×1 steel washers
- 4 Ø 6 rubber washers
- 3 5×16 screws
- 3 M5 brakenuts
- 6 5×10×1 washers
Assembly
- Assemble the two parts of Ermax belly pan using the Ø 5 screws, washers and nuts.
- Position the two front fixings as well as the collars as seen on photos (without tightening them so that
they can be positioned afterwards).
- Place the belly pan and put the four Ø 6 screws with the rubber washers to protect the paintwork,
along with the Ø 6 nuts and steel washers on the brackets and collars without completely tightening.
- Be careful to position the belly pan properly to ensure that it is well clear of the
ground. Finally, tighten the screws.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
