Fitting kit
- 4 brackets
- 4 screws Ø6×20
- 4 plastic washers Ø6
- 4 rubber spacers Ø6 L: 5 mm

Assembly
- Position the four fixing brackets as shown in the photos (torque setting for the engine casing screws
is 12 N.m).
- Assemble the two sections of the belly pan using the Ø5×20 screws, washers and nuts provided.
- Attach the belly pan to the fixing brackets using the Ø6×20 screws and the plastic washers
provided, by inserting the rubber spacers between the belly pan and the fixing brackets. Taking care
not to tighten excessively and damage the parts.
- Before re-tightening all the screws, make sure belly pan is not touching exhaust collector box. If it
is then you need to adjust the position of the brackets accordingly.
Remember to ensure that all overflow pipes are away from painted surfaces.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
