Die Befestigungsmaße für die Positionsschalter sind auf der Rück-
seite der Gehäuse benannt. Für eine ordnungsgemäße Funktion ist
der Schalter derart anzubringen, dass der zum Schalten notwendige
Schaltweg sicher erreicht wird. Alle Geräte besitzen einen ausrei-
chenden Nachhub, um Ungenauigkeiten in der Führung des Betäti-
gungssystems aufzunehmen. Der Positionsschalter darf nicht als
Anschlag benutzt werden. Die Gebrauchslage ist beliebig.
Einstellung
Betätigungsvorsatz K und VH
Der Betätigungsvorsatz lässt sich um 4 x 90° versetzen.
Betätigungsvorsatz K
Sicherheitsschraube vom Lagerbolzen abnehmen und Hebel durch
Herausziehen des Lagerbolzens lösen. Lagerbock abschrauben.
Dichtungsstopfen aus den nicht benutzten Gewindelöchern heraus-
ziehen und entsprechend der neuen Vorsatzstellen wieder ein-
drücken. Lagerbock wieder montieren, wobei die Schrauben
mit Dichtungsmittel (z.B. Fermit) einzudrehen sind.
Betätigungsvorsatz VH
Zwei Vorsatzschrauben herausdrehen und Vorsatz abnehmen. Die
beiden nun sichtbaren Führungsstifte aus dem Gehäuse heraus-
schrauben und entsprechend der neuen Vorsatzstellung wieder
eindrehen. Vorsatz VH aufsetzen und festschrauben.
Hinweis
Der elektrische Anschluss darf nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal
durchgeführt werden.

The mounting dimensions for the limit switches are specified on the
back of the switch enclosure. For proper performance, it is neces-
sary to mount the switch in such a manner, that the travel required
for switching is obtained. All switches have sufficient overtravel for
compensation of inaccuracies in the actuating system. The position
switch must not be used as an end stop. The position switch can
be mounted in any desired positions.
Adjustment
Actuator head K and VH
The actuator head may be positioned in any of four 90° positions.
Actuator head K
Remove safety screws from bearing pins and loosen lever by pulling
out the bearing pins. Unscrew bearing block. Pull sealing plug out
of unused threaded holes and press them in according to the new
head positions. Remount bearing block while the screws should
be retightened by using a sealing compound (e.g. fermit).
Actuator head VH
Remove the two head screws and head. Screw out the now visible
pins and retighten them according to the new position of the head.
Mount head VH and retighten the screws.

Les cotes de fixation des interrupteurs de position sont indiquées
à l'arrière du boîtier. Pour assurer un fonctionnement correct, l'inter-
rupteur doit être monté de telle sorte que la course nécessaire à la
commutation soit parcourue de manière sûre. Tous les modèles
possèdent une surcourse suffisante pour absorber les inégalités du
guidage du système d'actionnement. Ne pas utiliser l'interrupteur
de position comme butée. La position d'utilisation est indifférente.
Réglage
Têtes de manœuvre K et VH
La tête de manœuvre se règle dans 4 positions à 90º.
Tête de manœuvre K
Enlever la vis de blocage de l'axe d'appui et extraire ce dernier afin
de dégager le levier. Dévisser le support. Oter les bouchons obtura-
teurs des trous filetés non utilisés et les remettre en place en fonc-
tion du nouveau positionnement de la tête. Remonter le support en
revissant les vis avec un produit d'étanchéité (par exemple Fermit).
Tête de manœuvre VH
Enlever les deux vis de la tête et démonter cette dernière. Dévisser
les deux pions de guidage désormais visibles du boîtier et les re-
visser en fonction du nouveau positionnement de la tête. Remettre
la tête VH en place et revisser.
Remarque
Le raccordement électrique doit être effectué uniquement par du
personnel technique habilité.
