Right hand brackets
Fitting kit
- 4 fixing brackets
- 4 screws BHc 5×15mm
- 4 locknuts Ø5
- 1 central part
- 4 silent blocks with metallic spacer
Assembly
- Fit fixing brackets as shown on photos (torque setting for engine cover screws is 12 N.m).
- Place the silent blocks on the belly pan in foreseen holes. The metallic spacer is placed outside the belly
pan.
- Assemble the three parts of the Ermax belly pan using the 4 screws 5x15, 4 plastic washers Ø5 and the 4
Ø5 locknuts. The central part should be placed between the two others, inside the belly pan.
- Position the belly pan on the bike and fix it using the 4 screws 6x20.

Re-position the oil and petrol overflow hoses / pipes
be able to drip down inside the belly pan and ensure that they are attached
to the water overflow pipe with the cable tie.
Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with motor and has to be far
enough from complet exhaust system. Fitting brackets' angles may be a little
modified in order to adjust the accessory to every motorbike (do not fold the fixing
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
