What happens if you lose your phone?
Use another device. Download the app to the new or temporary device to
gain access and then change your password. This will prevent the lost or
stolen device from accessing the lock.
What happens if the lock battery is completely flat
If you ignore the warning and allow your lock battery to become completely
flat, you can operate it by plugging in an USB compatible power source,
including a portable power charger device. It's not necessary to allow the
lock to completely charge - it can be operated from a portable USB power
pack immediately.

The lock unit does not store any publicly identifiable information so when
