Fitting kit
- 2 screws CHC 5x30 big head
- 2 threaded fasteners Ø5
Fitting instructions
- Remove the clip placed under the original front fairing (blue arrow on the picture below).
- Remove the front fairing by carefully unclipping. Once unclipped, drag it down.
- Unscrew both screws at the top of the cover under the front fairing.
- Lift without too much pressure the plastic cover to slide the fasteners Ø5. These fasteners are placed on the
drilled plastic brackets.
- Replace the cover and screw again both original screws.
- To fit the LED dim-dip, remove first the original dim-dip and then both indicators. Drill the holes Ø12 to fit
the provided dim-dips. Refit the indicators and connect the dim-dips on the original plug.
- Place the front fairing by sliding upwards. Place first the original clip at the bottom, and then fit the front
fairing thanks to both screws CHC Ø5 and both plastic washers Ø5 provided.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
