THERMAL BELT

applications and use of this medical de-

INDICATIONS
For conditions that may benefit from
the adiathermic properties of the wool,
such as:
• Low back pain.
PERFORMANCE
The thermal belt provides low back
pain relief.
Thermal insulation and breathability.
CONTRAINDICATION
None known.
WARNINGS • PRECAUTIONS OF USE
This product contains Naturel Rubber
Latex which may cause allergic
reactions.
Do not wear for extended periods
without medical follow-up.
The belt must not be used in direct
contact with a damaged skin.
The belt is a single patient use device.
Do not use for multiple patients.
If any problems occur with the use of
the belt, e.g. pain or appearance of
local signs, remove the belt and contact
your healthcare professional.
The user and/or patient must
report any serious incident that has
occurred in relation to the device to
the manufacturer and the competent

The device is available in three heights:
• 20 cm (4290/4291),
• 25 cm (4292/4293/4294/4295/4296),
• 30 cm (4297).
The size is to choose in accordance with the waist circumference,
measured 2 cm above the iliac crests (in cm)

SET UP AND OPERATION
The first application should be
carried out by a qualified healthcare
professional to understand the correct
fitting and how to put the device on
properly. Subsequently, the product
should be put on the patient in the
same way by the user or a family
member or a friend.
When fitting, put the belt on by the
legs, pull it up until the bottom of the
belt is positioned at the level of the
intergluteal cleft, covering the painful
area.
CARE INSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE
AND DISPOSAL
Keep the belt away from sources of
excessive heat.
Hand wash in warm soapy water
(maximum 30°C), rinse thoroughly.
Wring out gently; do not bleach; dry
flat, away from a source of excessive
heat (ex: radiators), do not tumble dry;
do not iron; do not dry clean.
The device and packaging must
be disposed of in accordance
with respective local or national
environmental regulations.
