Fitting kit
- 2 screws BHc 6×40 (small head)
- 2 plastic spacers Ø6 L : 10mm
- 3 plastic washers Ø6
Fitting instructions
- Remove both inner parts from the original fairing (3 screws on each side).
- Remove the original screen and keep the both screws and both "silent block" located under the inner fairings.
- Position both « silent block » on the Ermax screen at the same places as the original screen.
- Fit the plastic spacers on the motorbike as shown on the picture.
A tip to hold them in place : use a small bit of self-adhesive pad or a drop of glue.
- Place the screen on the motorbike and fit it thanks to the provided screws and washers : the screw BHc 6×30
shall be placed on the central hole and the 2 others on the sides. For the inner fixations, use again the original
screws.
- Replace the inner fairings.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Screens damaged by an inadequat washing are not guaranteed (abrasive, corrosive ... products, solvent, thinner, benzine ...). Wash immediately brake or battery fluid which may flow on accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
