  • Page 8 • Your coffee brewer must be descaled regularly to maintain optimal performance. • When mineral deposits build up in the heating element of your Tech- nivorm Moccamaster, it can clog the water flow and affect the brew temperature and saturation time. If not descaled regularly, the brewer can stop working.
  • Page 9 When water is left in the water reservoir overnight, it is de- pleted of oxygen, which is essential to brewing a perfect cup of coffee. Note: Technivorm Moccamaster is fast; it only takes about 40 seconds to start the brew process, with completion in approx. 4 minutes.
