Instructions for cleaning
The insert made from synthetic material can be removed for
cleaning. To do so, press the two side tabs together and pull the
insert upwards to remove (4).
Make sure that the tabs lock into the fixing when you re-insert
them.
The plunger unhinged for cleaning (1). Simply remove from the
groove in the handle.
All parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Recipe suggestions
Recipe for 4 people
Spaetzle, basic recipe
Ingredients:
500 g flour, 5–6 eggs (depending on size), 1 tsp salt, approx.
100–200 ml water.
Mix together the flour, eggs, salt and a little cold water until you
have a firm dough. Use a spoon or the kneading hook on the hand
blender to beat/knead until the spaetzle dough is smooth and you
can see the formation of bubbles. The spaetzle must not be too thin

or too thick. The required water quantity depends on the size of the
eggs used.
Add plenty of salted water and (optional) 1 tbsp of oil to a pan
(ø 20–28 cm) and bring to the boil. Press the spaetzle in smaller
portions into the boiling water. When the spaetzle rise to the surface
they are cooked!
Use a skimming ladle to remove them from the boiling water, quickly
dip them in fresh, warm water, then allow them to dry and keep
them warm.

Liver spaetzle
Ingredients:
500 g flour, 500 g chopped liver, 4 eggs, a handful of freshly chop-
ped parsley, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
