STOP The device is off.
PROGRAM 1 The device rotates clockwise only, rotate for 1 minute
and rest for 20 minutes, then the program repeats.
PROGRAM 2 The device rotates counterclockwise only, 3 minutes of
rotation and 50 minutes of rest, then the program repeats.
PROGRAM 3 The device rotates counterclockwise, rotate 2 minutes
and rest 28 minutes. Then the device rotates clockwise
for 2 minutes and rests for 28 minutes, then the
program repeats.
PROGRAM 4 The device rotates clockwise for 10 minutes and then
rotates counterclockwise for 10 minutes. This cycle
repeats for one hour and then rests for 7 hours. This
cycle repeats after each cycle.
WATCH CUSHIONS
The watch cushions, which are included, have a belt that can hold watches with a
longer bracelet.
