Operating instructions
Dear Customer,
we are pleased that you have decided to purchase our
decorative solar light. If you have any questions, please
contact our customer service via our website.
INTENDED USE
The product is intended for decorating outdoor areas. The
battery of the solar lights charges during the day via the solar
panel. This means that the solar light can also shine at night.
The solar lights can be used with or without ground spikes.
Please note that the lights without ground spikes are not firmly
connected to the ground.
The product is intended for private use and not for commercial
use. Only use the product as intended. Any other use is
considered improper. Keep the instructions in a safe place.
Defects caused by improper handling, damage or attempted
repairs are excluded from the warranty. This also applies to
normal wear and tear.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Attention! There is a danger of suffocation! Keep the

packaging material away from children and pets.
•
The product is not a toy! Keep children and pets away from
the product to avoid injury.
•
Do not disassemble the product (except to remove the
battery before disposing of the solar system). Have the
product repaired only by a qualified workshop or by the
after-sales service.
•
If a battery has leaked, make sure that the battery acid
does not come into contact with your skin, eyes or mucous
membranes. If you come into contact with battery acid,
rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty of clean
water and consult a doctor immediately.
•
Batteries must not be dismantled, thrown into fire,
immersed in liquids or short-circuited.
•
Do not drop the product or subject it to strong shocks.
•
Do not use the product if it has any damage.
•
Never immerse the product in water or other liquids! It is
only splash-proof.
•
In extreme weather conditions (e.g. storm, hail) or if you
do not intend to use the product for a long period of time,
switch it off and store it in a dry place.
•
To enable the LED luminaire to switch on automatically, the
article must not be located near other light sources such as
street lamps or other lamps.
•
Make sure that the solar field is always clean to ensure
the greatest possible light collection. Therefore, clean it
occasionally with a damp cloth.
•
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to
clean the product! They could damage the surface.

COMMISSIONING
1.
Unpack the product contents and remove all protective
packaging (e.g. from the solar panel) and stickers, if present.
Check all parts for possible transport damage. If you notice
any transport damage, please contact the customer service
immediately.
2.
Insert the ground spikes into each other: Push one piece with
a long slot and one piece with a short slot into each other.
3.
Mount the ground spike on the underside of the solar unit.
4.
The on/off switch is located on the underside of the solar
unit. Press it once to activate the solar unit: The sunlight
now charges the battery. At dusk, the LED light switches on
automatically. At dawn, the LED light switches off and the
battery is recharged via the solar field.
5.
Position the solar lights so that the solar field can receive
direct sunlight all day long if possible (ideally in an open
area, not under trees or similar) by inserting the earth spike
into the ground (e.g. flower beds or similar). If you want
to place the solar light in firmer ground, e.g. in the lawn,
loosen the soil if necessary.
6.
To deactivate the solar light, press the on/off switch once
more.
DISPOSAL
The packaging material can be recycled. Dispose of the
packaging in an environmentally friendly manner and
make it available to the recyclables collection service.
The product does not belong in household waste.
Dispose of it at a recycling centre for waste electrical
and electronic equipment. For more information,
please contact the administration in your municipality.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must be removed
and disposed of separately before disposing of the
product. To protect the environment, batteries and
rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of
with normal household waste but must be taken to
collection points. Be sure to observe the applicable
legal regulations for battery disposal.
