UNIVERSAL WINDSHIELDS FOR NAKED BIKES
FITTING KIT
- 2 reinforced plastic clamps (with steel axis)
- 2 metallic rings (for holed screws)
- 2 metallic bars Ø10
- 4 plastics half-rings thick
- 2 Ø8×40 holed screws
- 2 M8 blind nuts
- 2 large screws and nuts in plastic injected
- 2 M8 washers
ASSEMBLY
- Place the clamps on the handlebar by using, if necessary, one or
several half-rings in order to adjust the handlebar diameter.
- Assemble the metallic bars Ø10 on the clamps as shown on the
photo.
- Then fit the windshields with the large plastic screws.
- Adjust the position of the windshield and lock firmly the clamps.
NB: for strength of your plastic collars, a moisture period is required after injection : soak collars in hot water and let cool
12 hours to room temperature.
Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged. Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be
guaranteed if they are used in others conditions. Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit. Care to excessive clampings which may
damage or break our accessories and aluminium screws. In order to increase longevity of your fixings, it is advised to polish them off with an anticorrosion product as WD40 ® after each washing or
exposition at humid atmosphere (rain ...).
