• Odkręcić zderzak i belkę zderzeniową ( nie będzie już potrzebna).
• Nakrętki odkręcone podczas demontażu belki zderzeniowej
przykręcić ponownie.
• Odciąć element środkowy według załączonego rysunku nr 1.
• Elementy C i D wsunąć do podłużnic i przykręcić śrubami
M10x35 8.8 (pkt 1,2).
• Belkę haka A wsunąć między elementy i przykręcić śrubami
M12x35 8.8 (pkt 3).
• Zrobić wycięcie zderzaka według załączonego rysunku nr. 2
• Zamontować zderzak.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem według tabeli.
• Dokręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the bumper and bumper bar (it will not be used any more).
• Screw once again the nuts that has been already unscrewed during
disassembly of the bumper bar.
• Cut o the middle element according to the attached drawing no. 1.
• Insert the elements C and D in the frame side members and screw with
bolts M10x35 8.8 (point 1, 2).
• Insert the main bar A between the elements and screw with
bolts M12x35 8.8 (point 3).
• Cut out the fragment of bumper according to the attached drawing no. 2.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Dévisser le pare-chocs et la poutre de chocs (elle ne sera plus utilisée).
• Serrer de nouveau les écrous dévissés pendant le démontage
de la poutre de chocs.
• Couper l'élément central selon le dessin n. 1 annexé.
• Insérer les éléments C et D dans les longerons et serrer avec les
boulons M10x35 8.8 (point 1,2).
• Mettre la poutre du crochet A entre les éléments et visser à l'aide des
boulons M12x35 8.8 (point 3).
• Faire une encoche du pare-chocs selon le dessin annexé n. 2.
• Monter le pare-chocs.
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Visser le crochet d'attelage et socle de prise électrique.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
