11. MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE
To make the safe operation of the appliance and extend its life, a periodic check by a specialized technician is recommended
at least once a year.
Recommended actions during the periodic check:
•
seal the hydraulic connections
•
check that the safety valve has not loosened and check that it is not blocked by any limescale deposits
•
check the fastening (replace the fastening screws if they are worn)
•
efficiency of the electrical system and grounding and condition of the power supply cable (if damaged it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, authorized technical service or qualified personnel)
To protect the tank, to prevent corrosion, a sacrificial magnesium anode is used which must be replaced at least once a year,
otherwise the warranty will be void (FIG_11-1)
To clean the outer casing (2 - FIG_05-2) use only water and neutral soap. It is recommended to use a soft cloth taking care to
rinse and dry thoroughly. Products containing abrasive substances must not be used.
12. WARRANTY
The warranty conditions are valid provided that the installation instructions contained in this booklet are followed. The
warranty starts from the production date printed on the data label of the appliance and has a duration of 36 months. The
same decays if the sacrificial magnesium anode is not replaced annually. For safety reasons and for the validity of the
guarantee it is mandatory to use only original spare parts.
13. ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
ABMIX (FIG_13-1) :
allows you to set a constant hot water temperature (between 30 ° C and 65 ° C)
ABRGOM (FIG_13-2) : allows you to make hydraulic connections using rubber hoses, instead of threaded connections.
