The grating blade is already assembled to the main unit, whereas shredding and slicing blades are
stored in the blades-holder base (5), which is located in the lower part of the stainless steel main
housing.
Grating blade: suitable to finely grate hard cheese such as
Parmesan or Grana Padano directly over the dish.
Shredding blade: suitable for shredding small flakes of semi-
hard cheese such as mozzarella or cheddar.
Slicing blade: suitable for thin slices of hard and semi-hard
cheese or shaving of chocolate for cake and dessert toppings.

1. Turn the
anticlockwise by holding firmly the lower cover (K).
2. Lift the upper cover (G) upwards, release the screw nut and
then take out the desired blade. Finally fasten the screw.
Note: do not turn to detach the base form the main housing, as it
may get damaged. Simply pull it downwards and follow above
instructions.

Follow below steps to re-assemble the blades-holder base:
1. Place the upper cover (G) on the lower cover (K) by aligning
both brackets (R) to the bracket slots (S).
2. Turn in a clockwise direction till it locks into place (audible click)

Grating blade is already assembled to the main unit. To change
the blade, release the screw nut (E), remove the grating blade and
then fit the desired blade. Fasten the screw nut again to lock the
blade.
Note : make sure the cutting side of the blade faces inwards to the
food chamber.
