Page 11: Uso Notturno Della Macchina
L’uso del cardano non permette l’arresto automatico di fine corsa, bisogna quindi effettuarlo manualmente fermando la presa di forza prima della fine dell’avvolgimento del tubo. Gli ultimi 2-3 metri di tubo riavvolgerli utilizzando il volantino. ATTENZIONE: Nel caso in cui il tubo fosse completamente srotolato per evitare un’eccessiva ovalizzazione consigliamo di mettere in pressione la macchina come per una normale irrigazione. -

7.0 RISCHI RESIDUI La IRTEC in fase di progetto e costruzione ha verificato e quindi protetto le macchine nei punti ritenuti pericolosi per l’opera- tore, rimangono tuttavia alcuni rischi residui riscontrabili durante l’utilizzo della macchina. 1) Rischio di agganciamento e schiacciamento tra il montante della bobina e la bobina stessa quando questa é in rota- zione. -

When using the P.T.O. shaft there is no automatic stop at the end of the run. The power takeoff must therefore be stopped before the hose is completely wound up It is recommended the last 2-3 metres of the hose be wound up by means of the handle. ATTENTION: To avoid extremely irregular rewinding of the hose when it is completely laid out, it may be necessary to pressure the machine as in a normal irrigation operation to avoid an excessive ovality of the hose... -

1.2 TRANSPORT, LIEFERUNG UND MONTAGE DER MASCHINE Aus Raumbedarfgründen kann die Maschine mit demontiertem Gestell und Abb.5 anderer Teile geliefert werden. Der Bauer oder Veran-wortliche führt das Zu- sammenmontieren der Maschine mit geeigneten Mitteln entspre-chend den geladenen Teilen durch (Siehe tabelle). Zur Entladung und Montage die Ma- schine an den bestimmten Punkten, wie im (Abb.5 ), einhaken. -

Page 50: Nachtverwendung
Bei Kardanverwendung wird keine automatische Endabschaltung aktiviert, deshalb muß der Nebenantrieb P.T.O. nach Beendi- gung des Aufrollens abgestellt werden. Besser ist es, wenn die letzten 2 oder 3 Meter mit Handrad aufgerollt werden. VORSICHT: Wenn der Schlauch fast komplett ausgerollt ist, muß man vor dem Aufrollen mittels der Kardanwelle die Maschine unter Druck setzen, wie für normale Bewässerungsvorgänge. -

7.0 WEITERE GEFAHREN In der Planungs- und Bauphase hat IRTEC die Maschine in den gefährlichsten Punkten für den Arbeiter kontrolliert und ge- schützt. Jedoch bleiben einige Gefahren bei der Anwendung der Maschine. 1) Gefahr von Einhaken und Quetschungen zwischen dem Schlauchrollengestell und derselben Schlauchrolle, wenn diese sich dreht. -
