- Page 17 1. Foundation A good foundation is the most important aspect guaranteeing the duration and safety of your house. Only a completely level, rectangular and bearing foundation will ensure problem-free installation of the house, its stability and especially the problem free movement of the doors and windows later. Prepare the foundation so that its upper edge extends from the ground to a height of at least 5 cm.
- Page 18 7. Corner studs Having installed the floorboards, place the corner studs to the corners of the floor and attach them with screws to the first layer of wallboards. Make sure that the corner studs are even with each other! Install the finishing strip of door similarly with the corner studs.
- Page 19 11-12. Erection of the internal wall (Sumatra 3 only) The supporting beams (EP 1 and EP 2) for the internal wall must be fixed to the front (EP 1) and rear (EP 2) wall. You can choose by yourself the width of the extra room. It is recommended to stay between 50-150 cm from the side wall.
- Page 20 moulding board should be 1 cm. Then you are ready to fix the front and rear wall gable mouldings. Simply fix in both ends the boards to the side gable mouldings and in the middle to the roof supports (DS). Roof cover material (Some house options do not include it in the kit!) Cut the roof felt in accordance with the roof length into suitable pieces.

Speziell für die Passgenauigkeit der Fenster und Türen ist dies sehr wichtig.
- Page 22 der Tür fixieren Sie die Blockbohlen bitte mit der Abschlußleiste TL 1. Empfehlung: Schraubenlöcher vorbohren. 8. Wandmontage Setzen Sie die Montage nun fort, indem Sie die einzelnen Blockbohlen, wenn nötig mittels Schlagklotz und Hammer, fest ineinander schlagen. Stellen Sie nach Montage jeder Blockbohlenreihe sicher, dass die Bohlen im rechten Winkel zu den Eckpfosten montiert wurden.

Zwischenwand (Nur für Sumatra 3) Die Pfosten (EP 1 und EP 2) zur Montage der Innenwand müssen nun mittels der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Schrauben (HS 2) an der Vorder – (EP 1) und Rückwand (EP 2) montiert werden (Montageanleitung Punkt 11 – Zwischenwand). Der Kunde bestimmt die Größe des Raumes selbst (mindestens 50 cm und maximal 150 cm).
- Page 24 19-21. Giebelleisten Befestigen Sie nun bitte die Giebelleisten ( GL1 und GL 2) mittels der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Schrauben HS 6. Beginnen Sie bitte mit Giebelleiste GL 1 an der Vorderwand. Die Giebelleiste GL 1 (oberste bitte zuerst) wird mit den Dachstützen verschraubt (HS 6). Die 2. Giebelleiste für die Vorderwand montieren Sie nun mit 1 cm Abstand zur Giebelleiste 1 und fixieren diese bitte auch in den Dachstützen.
