Possible solution
Incorrect application (e.g. distance, speed, etc.), please
observe the instructions in the "Tips" chapter.
Even surface destroyed, please do not rub liquid by hand after
application.
Nozzle field dirty, please clean nozzle field.
Skin, nozzle field or sprayer are too wet. Thoroughly dry
the skin, nozzle field, area behind the nozzle field and the
sprayer before re-applying.
Nozzle field is not seated correctly, please engage nozzle field
completely (see chapter "Cleaning and care").
Nozzle field damaged, please order spare part.
Appliance/Bluetooth switched o , please switch on.
Connection process not completed correctly, please follow
the instructions in the IONIQ app carefully.
IONIQ app not installed, please download the app.
Press and hold the ON/OFF switch for more than 10 seconds
to reset the sprayer.
